WooCommerce Subscriptions

By using WooCommerce Subscriptions, you may be storing personal data and depending on which third-party payment processors you’re using to take subscription payments, you may be sharing personal data with external sources.

What we collect and store

For the purposes of processing recurring subscription payments, we store the customer's name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number and credit card/payment details.

Smush sends images to the WPMU DEV servers to optimize them for web use. This includes the transfer of EXIF data. The EXIF data will either be stripped or returned as it is. It is not stored on the WPMU DEV servers.

Smush uses the Stackpath Content Delivery Network (CDN). Stackpath may store web log information of site visitors, including IPs, UA, referrer, Location and ISP info of site visitors for 7 days. AutomateWoo

How we use your data

AutomateWoo uses personal data in many of its features and stores personal data in your WordPress database. We do not store any personal data from your website on our servers. You may need to adjust the suggested text below based on your settings and which workflows are in use.

Carts

If you are using AutomateWoo's cart tracking feature user carts will be stored for 60 days, depending on your settings.

AutomateWoo keeps a record of when a user or guest chooses to opt-in or opt-out.

Communication logs

AutomateWoo keeps a record of all workflow logs which includes open, click and conversion tracking.

Pre-submit data capture

AutomateWoo has the option to capture customer data before forms are submitted which usually means that consent has not been given.
